We are seeking to appoint a confident, credible and inspirational midwife, leader and manager who will be responsible for the day to day clinical leadership and operational performance of Gynaecology and Maternity Services.

Working in partnership with our Clinical Directors and Medical, Nursing and Midwifery staff you will ensure high quality care across Gynaecology, and Maternity services. You will be responsible for service improvement and workforce development.

You will possess excellent managerial and leadership skills and qualities with a proven track record of outcome delivery and be committed to enhancing the quality of health care for patients and clients within the service unit.

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your portfolio in change management and influencing skills to promote Normal birth and women’s health and you will be supported and enabled to enhance your own professional development.
