We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated health professional to join our clinical skills team in the role of Lead Moving & Handling Advisor.
The post holder will be responsible for the development, implementation and revision of the Trust’s Moving & Handling policies and co-ordination of the service delivery for Moving & Handling services throughout the Trust.
They will take a strategic lead ensuring that Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has in place safe working practices in relation to moving and handling, that are underpinned by relevant legislation and informed by best practice.
Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a district general hospital based approximately 12 miles from central London. The hospital is situated in a beautiful and historic part of the country and lies very close to Richmond Park, Hampton Court Palace and Kempton Park. The hospital supports around 350,000 people in the surrounding area from the boroughs of Kingston, Richmond, Roehampton, Putney, Merton and East Elmbridge.
