Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Locality Sector Manager to join our Older People’s Mental Health Management team in Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

The post requires a dynamic and enthusiastic leader with an excellent working knowledge of older peoples services who really want to make a difference in the lives of older people in Surrey. They must have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to lead and influence change within teams. The post holder will be required to work in collaboration across departments of the organisation to overcome barriers to effective quality care, ensuring our community teams are therapeutic environments and that the care delivered is to the high standards expected by the organisation for our service users. The post holder will feel comfortable contributing to the overall leadership of the service and have a willingness to embrace change.

Although the post holder will mainly work Monday to Friday 9-5, some flexibility will be required.

The post holder will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in mental health.

Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 375 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
