An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Southampton Steps to Wellbeing (IAPT) as a Low Intensity Team Leader. This is a full-time post and the successful post-holder will be an experienced supervisor with leadership skills, and a qualified PWP.
This is a busy and dynamic service and we are looking for an experienced candidate with a passion for delivering low intensity interventions and managing a growing and friendly team.
The post-holder will be part of a wider management team within the service and willl be responsible for the day to day operational management of the low intensity team. This will include supervising and line managing the team; overseeing assessment processes; monitoring and ensuring delivery against Key Performance Indicators and developing new areas of clinical innovation within the service.
