Symphony Healthcare Services Ltd is a primary care organisation which has been in existence since April 2016 and is a subsidiary company of Yeovil District Hospital NHSFT.
At its heart Symphony Healthcare aims to improve and develop primary care services implementing new and innovative models of care and supporting GPs and practice staff. Symphony Healthcare currently manages three GP practices in South Somerset and has a number of further practices planning to integrate with the organisation in the coming months. The organisation is an active participant in the Symphony programme in South Somerset to integrate care across acute, primary and community care and we are now seeking a Managing Director to lead the company forward to the next stage of its development.
We are looking for an inspirational, collaborative and committed leader who is committed to developing and improving primary care services across the practices and exploiting the opportunities presented from being part of the wider Symphony programme. You will already be in a senior leadership role and have considerable experience of:
managing large-scale change in complex settings and across organisational boundaries;
leading transformational service change in partnership with clinicians;
delivering demonstrable improvements in clinical ,operational and financial performance;
experience of working in a healthcare setting preferably primary care or community services
working with partners to deliver innovative solutions;
leading improvements in services for patients.
