This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mandatory Training Team who delivers a high quality training portfolio across the whole Trust staff body

We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and clinically confident Band 5 Nurse to work in the Academy Training Team.

You will be required to facilitate and deliver training and education at GWH and at several community sites across Wiltshire, therefore a driving license is essential. Experience of working within an education environment would also be an advantage but not essential as we have a comprehensive induction program.

All new starters with the Trust will be subject to a six month probationary period. The probationary period works alongside the induction process to help create a positive and supportive working environment that allows new staff to learn the key elements of the role within a reasonable and realistic timescale.

Current employees should be aware that this position is advertised as a GWH position and appointment ends any TUPE protection.

All candidates that are offered a position after the 1st July 2016 will be required to pay for their own DBS checks if one is required for the post they are offered. For standard DBS checks the cost is £26 and will recovered from the first months pay; for enhanced DBS checks the cost is £44 and will be split over the first 2 months pay. (£22 each month)

If you are offered a bank post that requires a DBS you will need to pay for this prior to commencing.
