Ramsay Health Care UK is currently inviting applications for the position of Matron, Boston West Hospital. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to developing the Clinical Team to the benefit of patient care and business performance. The ability to support your team to deliver high quality, evidence based acute care is essential, combined with personal drive, enthusiasm, creativity and resilience.
You will be expected to work in close partnership with the General Manager and Senior Management Team and become fully involved in the strategic development of the Hospital. You will lead the Clinical Governance process in the Hospital and act as the clinical representative on key advisory committees, ensuring that all issues are identified and appropriately dealt with.
