Chadwick Lodge and Eaglestone View Hospitals, Milton Keynes is a 94 bedded hospital providing care and treatment in a secure setting for those individuals with serious mental health problems who may have committed an offence as part of their mental illness.
The successful candidate will provide an efficient and professional secretarial/administration service ensuring business processes are effectively and resourcefully managed to support the delivery of a quality care service. A varied role, tasks will involve a high volume of audio and copy typing, enquiry handling, diary management, minute taking and general administration. Previous secretarial/administration experience is essential. The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Candidates must be fully conversant with Microsoft packages and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology would be beneficial.
