NHS Professionals are seeking to recruit Band 6 Mental Health Practitioners. In the role you will have the opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting people with complex mental health problems and neuro developmental disorders. The successful candidate will work closely with children, young people and their families.

The role will include the assessment of new clients, planning and delivery of care for individuals. This may be 1:1 work, group interventions or family interventions.We work closely as a team and have excellent links with the wider team
