The Child and Family Pathway East Suffolk is looking for a practitioner to join their service in the Enhanced Child and Family Team. You will be joining an enthusiastic and multi disciplinary team with a systemic focus and an emphasis on multi agency working.
You will deliver high quality interventions through evidence based practice and be a valued part of the team. There is regular and robust supervision with an emphasis on reflective practice and development.
The Child and Family Pathway East Suffolk provides mental health services for young people across the east of the county and is hosted in Ipswich Integrated Delivery Team (IDT). The pathway consists of specialist community services such as Learning Disability, ADHD and our Enhanced Child and Family Service. It has good links with our Primary Mental Health Worker Service.
It is an exciting time to join the service, as with all CAMHS teams we are undergoing transformation and development plans with other key agencies and development such as CYP-IAPT. We value multi-agency collaborative working and aspire to values from Future In Mind, such as service user participation and ensuring appropriate and evidence based services for the young people we see.

Therefore, it will be your responsibility, if successful, to ensure that this is taken to the appointing officer as soon as you receive it.

The Trust has now introduced a DBS Update Service which is a contractual requirement. You need to subscribe when you have applied for your DBS clearance and there is a time limit to subscribe of 19 days after receipt of your DBS disclosure. Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.
This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
