The Trust is one of the designated Hyper-Acute Stroke Units in London and imaging will form an integral part of the patient pathway. The Imaging Department has a comprehensive range of state of the art equipment, including 6 MRI, 4 CT scanners, a digital Interventional Suite and digital X-ray rooms all fully integrated with PACS.

Job Title MRI Radiographer - Band 7

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced MRI radiographer to work in a cutting-edge clinical environment performing advanced MRI scanning. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled MRI radiographer with an extensive background in neuro/MSK/general MRI. You will need to be team orientated with demonstrable teaching abilities as you will be working with under-graduates, trainee radiologists and trainee MRI radiographers. The clinical range of patient presentations is wide and we would expect the successful applicant to communicate effectively, with a patient centred approach.

The department is keen to facilitate continual professional development and all staff are actively supported in this area.

Participation in the MRI extended week rota is essential as is a desire to develop your MRI skills and abilities.
