Physiotherapist Band 6

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, passionate and committed physiotherapist to join our adult musculoskeletal physiotherapy team in Colchester. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in the musculoskeletal field. A key role will be the ability to build networks and relationships over a number of sites and different clinical teams. You will embrace innovation and integrated working and will be committed to following best practice to ensure patient centred care.

Anglian Community Enterprise has been awarded the Care Closer to Home contract by the North East Essex CCG and is committed to offering the people of North East Essex an integrated and seamless network of patient-centred services based closer to where they live and in their communities wherever possible. As a result you will need to be flexible and able to work at various sites across North East Essex in line with service requirements.

We offer a well-established supervision and appraisal structure and we have a firm commitment to CPD, evidence based practice, undergraduate and postgraduate education. You will have the opportunity to participate in the provision of regular in-service training .You will be encouraged and supported to develop your clinical, teaching and managerial skills and be actively involved in service development. You will need to work on your own initiative at times, gaining an element of line management.
