We are an expanding service looking to recruit a full-time Outpatient MSK Physiotherapist to add to our growing team working within any qualified provider (AQP). We are a growing business aiming to deliver exceptional care and support for our clients whilst exploring opportunities for growth and development.
The successful candidate will be part of a dedicate MSK physiotherapy team working across multiple sites; these are currently North Hykeham (Lincoln), Gainsborough, Stickney and Mablethorpe. They will be encouraged to play an active role in in-service training and future service developments.
You will also have the unique opportunity to work and liaise with spinal/orthopaedic consultants and Extended Scope Practitioners (ESP’s) through our links with the East and West Lincolnshire Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service (LCATS). We are keen to promote each clinicians individual development through supervision with physiotherapy and ESP colleagues
You will work under the Clinical Lead to ensure the effective use of up to date clinical knowledge in the core areas of Physiotherapy, enabling the provision of the highest standard of assessment and treatment.
Skills & Experience
With a diploma or degree in Physiotherapy, you will be registered with the HCPC and can demonstrate continued professional development. You will be able to demonstrate strong critical appraisal skills, good team working and the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care whilst maintaining accurate electronic records
• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
• Experience of working at a Band 6 level or equivalent
• Registered with the HCPC
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Experience of working within a team and autonomously
• Experience of working in an outpatient MSK setting and lone working
