Job Description

Newly Qualified Nurse - RNLD or RMN - CAMHS - Private Hospital - Bury, Manchester - Salary up to £24,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent Full Time Role

My client is seeking a Newly Qualified Nurse - Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to work Full Time based on a 8 bedded tier 4 CAHMS PICU ward or a 10 bed CAHMS acute ward. The wards focus on working with young people to prepare them for discharge back out of service and into their home area, whilst still in a robust and supportive PICU environment in Bury, Manchester.

The Hospital is in a fantastic location with exceptional transport links throughout the whole of greater Manchester and surrounding areas. The service is beautifully presented and modern inside equipped with a gym, therapy garden, and woodland pathways to the local lake. We recently visited this service and we were astonished by how positive the atmosphere was in the ward, with an exceptional team driven environment.

This Newly Qualified Nurse role provides the support and interventions a young person can expect throughout their time at the hospital including psychology programmes, occupational therapy input, educational support and community support.

The role will provide exceptional care through direct work with the service user and through the provision of coaching and supervision with staff. We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who can support the patients to work towards their goals and aspirations to achieve the most positive outcome for them.

There will be a need to work flexibly in order to carry out the requirements of the role and whilst the role is predominantly shift working including both day and night shifts.

As a Newly Qualified Nurse (RNLD or RMN), you will have:

•An RNLD or RMN nursing qualification
•A current registration with the NMC
•The legal right to work in the UK
