At Care UK we work towards offering a good work life balance and currently within our NHS 111 service, we are now hiring for homeworking clinicians. This is a great opportunity for pathways trained Clinical Advisors who are looking for more flexibility within their role.

The ideal candidate would be a Registered General Nurse or Paramedic who has a minimum of 6 months NHS Pathways experience and have successfully completed Core Modules 1 & 2. We would also welcome pathways trained clinicians who are auditors, as auditing shifts may be available in addition to clinical shifts.
As a homeworking clinician you must be able to commit to a minimum of 27 hours per month, 12 of which must be worked at your local site, plus one additional standby shift every four weeks.
These will be peak hours over evenings, weekends and bank holidays and short shifts between 3-5 hours. You are also required to achieve specified performance criteria, including an average of 4 cases per hour and consistent audit scores of 90% or above.
As a homeworking clinician you will need to have broadband set up at home. This is required to have a minimum download speed of 5.0Mbps; anything lower than this then it may be too slow.
