You will assist the home management team in making sure our new residents receive the highest possible levels of clinical care, and inspire and help supervise a team of carers.

About you:-

You'll be a RGN or RMN registered nurse with a current NMC PIN. Ideally you will bring prior experience of working with older people in a nursing home environment but we will also consider and support nurses who want to start a career in this setting.

Able to effectively lead a shift, you will find supervising care assistants rewarding. You'll also be conscientious in your approach to work and able to work independently. In return we offer:-

  • Excellent induction programme and on-going commitment to your training and development
  • Potential future career development as we open new nursing homes in the South
  • Pension Scheme
  • Life Assurance
  • Care South Savers: a staff discount scheme providing access to a range of on-line and high street discounts
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Child Care Vouchers Scheme
  • DBS check paid by us
  • Uniform provided
  • Care South Stars Annual Awards - recognising excellence in individuals and teams
