We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Shift Leader to join us as we open a brand new residential nursing home in the heart of Tuckton- Wickmeads opened in March 2016.

  • £9.43 per hour (after completion of probationary period) plus enhancements for bank holiday working
  • Part time hours - additional night and/or day shifts will often be available
  • Excellent training and a supportive working environment

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we open our new facility Wickmeads. Located in the heart of Southbourne, this is a 50 bed state of the art bespoke home that has been designed according to the latest research into dementia and nursing care.

We're looking for a dedicated and caring individual with care experience. This is a superb opportunity to develop your career in the care industry with a forwarding thinking and expanding care provider. Working with your colleagues, you'll lead our night team, motivating them and ensuring that our residents receive the best care possible at all times.

What we're looking for:-

You will have experience in the care of older people and the supervision of staff, and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities.

You will also have experience in administering medication and hold an NVQ3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or hold a level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be willing to train to achieve the level 3 Diploma shortly after you start with us.
