Night Sister (Nurse) Band 6 Secondment
An exciting development opportunity offering successful candidates both clinical and managerial experience, working in conjunction with the Clinical Site Team, whilst being aligned to medical or surgical divisions as dictated by previous experience.
Applications are invited from senior Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years previous experience being essential. The successful applicant will need to have proven ability and experience in recognising and managing the deteriorating patient. An understanding of patient flow and escalation processes is also an integral part of the role.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate knowledge of leadership and management skills whilst also being a professional role model upholding Trust and Core Nursing standards.
