If you're an enthusiastic and committed RMN/RNLD or RGN who is keen to be part of a vibrant, innovative multidisciplinary team, with a national charity that leads the way in neurobehavioural rehabilitation - then this role is for you. We aim to transform people's lives following an acquired brain injury, using cutting edge rehabilitation techniques and our bespoke approach to support people with ABI and associated mental health or behaviour issues.

If you have some experience in this area or are looking for a new challenge - there's a clear career path, plenty of opportunity for professional development and training and the chance to really make a difference to people's lives. Team working with Psychiatry, neuropsychology, OT, Physiotherapy and SaLT colleagues is a given and there will be opportunities to get involved in our world-renowned research programme.

The independent mental health hospital, opened in 2013, offers a fantastic working environment with easy access to Swindon town centre and the M4, free parking, an annual bonus scheme , long service awards, flexible working and a contributory pension. You will operate in rotational shifts (days and nights) at a competitive rate of pay plus weekend enhancements with a holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays. Bank roles are also available.
