Role Description
Due to recent changes in our team, a highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Waking Night Support Worker to join an enthusiastic & committed team of 29 permanent Support Workers in the Bridgetown, Cannock area.

We have an opportunity for a Night Support Worker to join us on a part-time, permanent contract of 18 hours per week. This will mean working 2 night shifts per week on a 4 week rolling rota at a rate of £7.60 per hour. Typical night shift starts at 10:00 pm and finishes at 07:00 am and could be during the weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

We also have opportunities for Relief Support Workers to work as and when required across our services at a rate of £7.20 per hour. Relief support Workers have the flexibility to work more or less hours depending on their availability and the hours on offer.

The successful candidates will be joining a passionate people who strive to challenge attitudes and influence those who can help us change the lives of people with a learning disability. Our team in Cannock, Staffordshire support 12 people on a 24 hour basis in a Registered Residential setting which is home to people aged between 35 : 83. There will be no lone working as there is a minimum of 2 people on a night shift at any time. We provide support with daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, managing finances, personal care, medication or going out into the community.
