Call Taker

Salary: Band 2 £15,251 rising through annual increments to £17,978

Hours: 20 hours per week (hours to be confirmed)

West Midlands Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit Call Takers to join our Non-Emergency Operations Centre team in Tollgate, Stafford. The post holder will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound Non-Emergency calls for our newly acquired contract in Cheshire.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 GCSE’s at Grade A - C including English and Maths, will need to successfully complete the entry assessments and have a willingness to complete required in-house training. A minimum of 1 year Customer Care experience is also essential.
