Are you a RGN?
Do you have at least 2 years post qualification experience as a Staff Nurse/Community Nurse/Ward nurse?
Does the idea of no more awkward shift patterns and weekend work sound great to you as a nurse?
If the answer is yes to all these questions then MSI might just have the ideal role for you. We are currently recruiting in Edinburgh for qualified Registered General Nurses who are looking to move toward a less stressful, office based environment where they can put their nursing training and skills to use in a different role within the community.
The role of a functional assessor offers the day to day variety, the one to one interaction and the clinical expertise of a normal nursing role without the ever present threat of NHS cuts, awkward shift patterns and the feeling of being overworked and underpaid as a nurse.
The starting salary is a £38,000pa base salary which comes with an incredibly comprehensive, holistic benefits package covering three key areas: Financial, Health & Well-being and Lifestyle benefits. These benefits range from company pension to private health care, life insurance and childcare vouchers.
Candidates tell us that the most attractive thing about the role for someone who has been a ward based nurse is the fixed working hours. It is a straight Monday to Friday role from 9am to 5pm. There are no irregular shifts or weekend work involved at all so you can keep your evenings and weekends for you, your friends and family.
The company will also provide you with ongoing CPD to ensure revalidation and cover the cost of your NMC fees every year.
So are you are ready to make a change in your nursing career and would like to hear more about this excellent opportunity? then please click Apply now and send us your CV!
