The Hospital in Middlesex has a vacancy for a Nurse Manager to join their team of staff in the Cancer Services department.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to primarily cover a Monday to Friday work pattern but the degree of flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the department.
The Nurse Manager for Cancer Services will take the lead across cancer services within The Hospital, in agreement with relevant Executive Directors and Directors of Nursing, on initiatives to develop and modernise effective patient centred pathways from diagnosis to discharge for cancer.
The post holder will be the specialist resource for cancer patients, carers and staff and will spend approximately 50% time clinical and 50% time in cancer management and service development.

- A university degree or relevant professional qualification and worked for a significant period in a cancer specialist role / oncology role.
- Previous experience of teaching / assessing with a relevant teaching qualification desirable.
