Castle Healthcare Practice is recruiting a Practice Nurse Manager to join its state-of-the-art 9 partner practice.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual to lead our Practice Nurse team, delivering a first class nursing service to our patients. Ideally you will have practice nursing experience of chronic disease management, family planning, venepuncture, cytology and childhood & travel immunisations.
Other key responsibilities include providing leadership and direction for the nursing team and collaborative working with the management team to ensure the needs of the patient are met, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
Previous knowledge of SystmOne clinical systems, nurse triage / prescribing is desirable but not essential.
