We are seeking to appoint motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking band 5 Nurse Mental Health Practitioners, who are passionate about providing the best care to our patients, to join our professional, multi-disciplinary team at Ravenswood House.
Ravenswood House is a Medium Secure inpatient unit, providing high quality care and treatment to male patients across five clinical wards based in Fareham, Hampshire. Our service has a strong focus on working together with service users with their recovery from mental health problems. The well-being of Service Users, staff and visitors is paramount to the unit ethos.
As a Nurse Mental Health Practitioner you will possess excellent communication skills, robust theoretical and working knowledge of risk assessment and management and evidenced based clinical skills. You will need to be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
We understand that in order to maximise the quality of care we provide we must invest in the development of our staff.
