An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Nurse Practitioner within our Emergency Services Directorate at the The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. If you are enthusiastic, hardworking and forward thinking withproven advanced health assessment skills we would like to hear from you.

Our busy walk in centre based at the Pheonix Centre in Wolverhampton is a nurse led facility which sees on average 38,000 patients per annum. This is a seven day service.

As a band 7 you will work independently using advanced health assessment skills and manage the shift on a daily rota basis. There is also the opportunity to work at one of our other sites including the new Urgent Care Centre, New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton and Cannock Minor Injuries Unit based at Cannock Chase Hospital. Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is one of the largest acute and community Trusts in the West Midlands.

Are you:

A Registered Nurse with BSc Specialist Practitioner/Practice Nurse qualification or equivalent?

An independent non-medical prescriber with advanced health assessment skills?

Enthusiastic, innovative and ready for a challenge

Able to work independently without direct medical support?
