Job Description

Formed in 2002, 5 Boroughs Partnership achieved NHS Foundation Trust status in early 2010 and has established itself as a leading provider of mental health services regionally and nationally by delivering innovative approaches to providing high quality services. In 2011 the business expanded to incorporate community service provision enabling the Trust to begin to design and deliver integrated high quality care services. We expect all new starters in clinical, patient facing posts (bands 1-4) to complete all 15 standards of the Care Certificate, within their first 3 months with us.

Nurse Practitioner – HAL070 - Full Time Permanent RMN for Halton Inpatient Services on Weaver Ward (375 hours per week - fully rotational)

Halton Inpatient Services are based at the Brooker Centre at Halton General Hospital. The Adult Inpatient Service comprises two acute admission wards - Bridge Ward for male service users and Weaver Ward for female service users.

The Trust is currently going through extensive change within Adult Services with the introduction of the Borough-based model of care, Future Fit, and the Recovery Focused Pathway. As such, this is an exciting time to join the Trust and gain experience within a forward thinking, dynamic organisation.

Experience of inpatient care is desirable although not essential and we would offer a preceptorship package to a suitable candidate.
