Quintiles is offering the opportunity for experienced Project Managers with recent experience in Oncology and Patient Therapies, combined with a strong clinical background to join our organisation.

You will have a track record of managing Nurse Adviser teams and Patient Support Programmes, be passionate about outcomes and relish working where diversity and breadth of specialism ensure no two days are the same.

 

Our Project Managers are Registered Nurses with current NMC, who are confident working autonomously, able to take on operational and strategic management of projects and contribute to the development of the wider business by applying their expertise.

 

Quintiles is also offering the opportunity for experienced Infusion / Injection Nurses to work within the Therapy area of Oncology. You will work with smart, driven colleagues who are passionate about outcomes and where diversity and breadth of specialism ensure no 2 days are the same.

 

Quintiles has been delivering nurse programmes in the UK for over 30 years, providing opportunities for Nurses looking for new careers or job opportunities.  Our Nurse Advisors are professionals, with current NMC, who are confident working autonomously, managing their own time and workload, supporting and educating peers or patients in a specific disease area. You will have experience within the Infusion / Injection arena and will possess great communication skills and a solutions orientated approach. Job Requirements

Skills and background required

•      Experienced project Manager preferably in commercial setting

  •  Experience in Financial Management, Budgets, Contingency planning
  •  Experience in programme development, set up and operational delivery

•      Excellent communication and organisational skills
•     The ability to inspire confidence and trust
•     A flexible and adaptable approach to work
•     Current NMC – registered Adult Nurse as a minimum,
•     Appreciation of the ABPI beneficial

  • Good understanding of NHs and current issues
  • Strong IT skills
  • Full EU Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
  • Eligible to work full-time within the UK
