An opportunity has arisen within the NHS Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group(CCG), Continuing & Complex Healthcare Services for a Nurse Reviewer.

NHS Stockport CCG is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking nurse to undertake timely reviews in accordance with the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing Care.

The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills relating to the undertaking of person centred reviews. The post holder will be able work effectively within a multiagency environment, liaising closely with all key stakeholders.

If you have excellent communication, organisational skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a well established team, then this would be an ideal opportunity for you.
