About the Nursing Home Care Assistant Job Role:
Working as a Nursing Home HCA means you will be involved in ensuring each resident receives an excellent standard of care that meets their personal care plan. Personal care including dressing, washing, toileting and enabling service users to live their daily lives as they choose is an essential part of this job.
You should have at least 3 months' experience in a similar role within a care environment, be committed to quality of care, promoting client independence and improving well-being.
