We have several job vacancies for experienced Care Assistants to work with our Nursing Home clients in the local Maidstone area through our Ashford branch.
The Care Role:
Working as a Nursing Home Care Assistant means you will be involved in ensuring each resident receives an excellent standard of care that meets their personal care plan. This could include assisting with dressing, washing, toileting and enabling service users to live their daily lives as they choose.
You should have at least 3 months' experience in a similar role within a care environment, be committed to quality of care, promoting client independence and improving well-being.
