Job Description

We are seeking a committed and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client's busy Rehab & Recovery team at their Mental Health Unit. The facility is based in a comfortable northern suburb of Bristol, not far from Eastcliffe Park.
This is a part time role of 18.75 hours, based on FTE salary of  £24,000 - £28,000.

Our client is a major provider of UK mental health care; dedicated to patients’ health and wellbeing, offering a high standard of services, inspiring innovation, and providing programmes that are individually tailored to patients’ specific needs.

The successful candidate will support patients through activities and personalised treatment programmes. The overall aim of the OT's role is to increase independence, control and confidence in the lives of patients.

Person Requirements:
Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist, with current valid HCPC registration.
A minimum of one year's post-registration experience in a Mental Health setting.
Experience in working with a specific therapy modality would be an advantage.
Up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Act.
