An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Pilgrim Hospital.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake duties to facilitate rehabilitation of in-patients, enabling them to gain and/or maintain independence in their chosen occupational performance activities.
Working as part of the Multidisciplinary Team the post holder will assist patients in preparing for their transfer from the hospital setting into their identified place of discharge (i.e. home, community based rehabilitation setting) while taking into account their individual Occupational needs.
