Occupational Therapist Band 5 (375 hours)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to deliver Occupational Therapy Services within the Cognitive and Functional Frail Pathway in South Tyneside.
We are looking to recruit a full time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work alongside an existing team which includes a Clinical Lead OT, Band 6 OT and an Assistant Practitioner. The post holder will work as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team, an interest and skills in working with people with dementia would be advantageous.
You will have professional support and supervision from the Lead OT supervision and Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist and will be managed by the Pathway Manager.
