The South East Kent Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team is looking for a member of staff to join the Team in providing a rapid and responsive assessment and short term home treatment service to those people who are experiencing an acute crisis at home as an alternative to admission or to support early discharge. You will be expected to work collaboratively with service users, carers and other professionals, across the areas of Ashford/Dover/Deal and Shepway localities.
You may be expected to work some shifts in our 136 suite as part of the role. This will involve you ensuring the safety of the client whilst they await assessment and coordinating the time of the MHA assessment.
Car business insurance is desirable, be prepared to work shifts including nights, bank holidays and weekends, and be able to undertake PSTS training.
To deliver an effective service it is essential that you are able to travel between bases in a timely manner
