Wiltshire Health and Care is formed from a partnership of the three NHS Foundation Trusts who serve Wiltshire, Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. From 1st July 2016 Wiltshire Health and Care will provide adult community health services in Wiltshire. As part of the team you will help deliver services to the Wiltshire Health and Care contract, however your employment will be with one of our partner organisation, Great Western Hospitals Foundation NHS Trust.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to the Community Intermediate Care Team as an OT. We have an opportunity to work with the Intermediate Care Team working across Sarum Locality working with the Therapy and HCSW with the primary aim of offering support, care and treatment to a wide range of patients predominantly within an Intermediate Care setting. We can offer full time/part time opportunities.
The post has the potential to be made into a rotational post in the future with the acute trust.
You will have good communication skills, have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and plan your own workload. Provide evidence of working in a relevant health care role and be able to work well as a team member.
The role is demanding but rewarding and we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual who can work flexibly.
