Job Title - Clinical Operations Manager

Sector - large company providing health and social care

Location - covering the East and West Midlands

Salary - up to £45,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience

Hours - full-time at 37.5 hours per week

Job Description - You will be in charge of a team of managers in the East and West Midlands, overseeing the portfolio of clinical services. You will be actively involved in maintaining, expanding and improving services and will encourage managers to do the same. This role covers 6 services in total and you will develop close working relationships with healthcare professionals in your sector. The services you will cover are all nursing home settings, providing quality care for elderly residents and other needs such as Parkinson's, dementia, palliative care. This is a well-established nationwide organisation with a fantastic reputation within the healthcare industry; they invest in their management team and offer an excellent support network and opportunities for development.

With this position you will be required to travel to the services regularly and a company car allowance is provided.

Person Specification: You will be a qualified nurse and have a valid and current Nursing Pin. You will have a clear understanding of current legislation/care standards. You must have solid management, financial, organisational, communication and business skills, alongside the ability to manage change. If you possess all these relevant skills, and a strong managerial background, you may be suitable for this fantastic opportunity.
