The Operations Manager role
This is a senior operational leadership role that carries delegated authority and accountability for the operational management and performance of a designated portfolio of a strategic business area. You will need to demonstrate the ability to marry the values of delivering a person centred service, with the business driver of maintaining a commercial enterprise.
The skills you’ll need
To join us, you’ll need to demonstrate measurable successes either in your current or previous roles. Experience of successfully managing a portfolio of services in the social care sector and have excellent experience within the Learning Disability/Complex Needs field. An appropriate professional qualification would be advantageous.
You’ll have strong leadership, manager and coaching skills as well as interpersonal, communication and networking skills. Being pro-active, responsive, organised, able to over deliver and be a professional role model for your team.
