Job Description

The post-holder will provide an operational role through the proactive feedback of patient experience across the organisation ensuring the patient voice is heard at all levels of the organisation - through the collection of patient surveys and stories supporting NHS Lothian to become a listening learning and improving organisation.

The post holder will contribute to the development and delivery of patient experience capability and capacity across the organisation supporting operational staff with local patient experience activities.
To support the quality assurance system of the complaints and feedback information working closely with the Team Manager - Patient Experience.

Job Requirements
