Description: Our client, a thriving community pharmacy business, firmly believes that to serve the community requires a constant commitment and professional attitude to its healthcare needs. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for 2 motivated and adventurous pharmacist managers.
Branch 1: There is a great team in place and the branch does around 8,000 items and offers a full range of services. Working hours are Monday to Friday in week 1 and Tuesday to Saturday in week 2, although this is fully negotiable.
Branch 2: This branch does 5,000 items and is open Monday to Friday, with no weekend opening hours.
You will lead an enthusiastic team, encouraging learning and development and maintaining a professional and efficient service to your loyal customer base, in addition to maximising the business potential of the pharmacy.
Person Specification: All candidates wishing to apply for the role, will require a current valid GPHC registration. Ideally a minimum of 2 years management experience along with experience in dealing with MUR’s & NMS services, experience with supervised consumption is necessary for these positions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record promoting and running travel clinics, have experience with repeat dispensing systems and also be able to provide flu vaccines.
