We are looking to recruit two Pharmacy Messengers to join our Pharmacy Team and to help with the provision of medicines throughout the hospital. Full-time hours are 375 hours per week– all hours to be worked over 7 days shifted working depending on specific service requirements. This role will be varied and challenging, you will be expected to work to tight schedules to achieve targets, and you will be expected to respond to customer needs and deadlines.
No previous experience in Pharmacy is required as full in house training will be given.
We are looking for applicants who are eager to learn, able to organise and prioritise their own work to meet deadlines, and able to work using their own initiative.
You will have a good standard of education. You will be physically fit as there will be a large amount of walking involved and also lifting and carrying of heavy items. You will have a good keyboard skills.You will be flexible and you will need to be committed, enthusiastic, adaptable to change and ready for a challenge.
