Southwood Practice is a small caring Practice. Situated in the Southwood Village complex of Farnborough. We aim to provide medical care of the highest quality. We will embrace all that is new where change will lead to both improvements in service and increased quality of our working lives, whilst preserving the proven benefits of individual patient care. Quality Improvement is a continuous process in which we have a duty to participate and we welcome and expect new ideas from all within the practice team.
We have 6400 patients and a team including: 1 GP partner, 4 salaried GPs, 3 practice nurses, 1 Healthcare Assistant, 1 phlebotomist, 8 receptionists, 1 Practice secretary, Office Manager and Practice Manager.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic phebotomist working 15 - 20 hours per week one late finish at 1930.
We are looking for someone who will share our commitment to providing excellent healthcare to our patients, and become part of our team, contributing to the practice development.
The candidate should be flexible and willing to work extra hours to cover leave and sickness. Willing to undertake relevant training, and be committed to continuing professional development. Would be willing to offer full training for a nurse new to Primary care.
The practice is open from 830am to 1800, three nights a week we offer late clinic till 2000 hours.
