Specialist Falls Prevention Service, Mansfield Community Hospital
Do you enjoy working in the Community with experienced colleagues, who are very keen to help you develop your skills and knowledge. You must be an enthiusastic and motivated Physiotherapist who is passoinate about his/her work. The post would suit either a newly qualifed physiotherapist, a practioner wanting to return to work, or a more experience clinician wanting to develop their knowledge and skills in the Community setting.
The postholder will :
Be a key member of the Specialsit Falls Prevention Service , completing multi-factorial falls assessments, developing goals and treatment plans with patients to optimise their independence.
Essential Criteria :
Awareness of specific issues affecting people who have a history of falls.
Keen to develop their knowledge and skills.
Motivated and forward thinking.
A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
