An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to join our Falls/ Joint Community Rehabilitation teams to assist in delivering our new Falls Prevention Programme across Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford and Hastings and Rother.

We are seeking motivated and innovative practitioners with falls experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to organise, prioritise and delegate.

You will work in a multi professional environment and will supervise assistants and rehabilitation support workers. You will manage a caseload, which will include falls prevention cases. You will need to be confident working independently, managing different priorities and be able to work under pressure.

There will be an opportunity to undertake postural stability instructor training and/ or other relevant falls training for the right candidates.

The post holder will be required to work flexibly across the team and across different localities. Full time and part time roles are available. Some weekend working will be required on a rota basis.
