Job Description

Want to be part of our future? Then we want to hear from you.

At Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust we have a simple vision – safe and compassionate care, every time. We are focussed on a programme of continuous quality improvement, listening to our patients and investing in our workforce to deliver an excellent patient experience. As an integrated Trust we provide acute, community and palliative care in people’s homes, from one of our five community hospitals, or two acute hospitals at Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe.

We are committed to providing staff with learning and development opportunities to support their career progression. We also offer on-site subsidised childcare, childcare vouchers, flexible working and a generous pension.

The opportunity has arisen to join the Therapy Team working in The Drake Unit at Wycombe Hospital, as a Physiotherapy Clinical Support Worker.

The post suits a motivated, hard working and enthusiastic staff, who wishes to work as part of the dynamic service. You will be treating patients and progressing their treatment, implementing individual exercise programmes, general administration, ordering and organising equipment.

Previous experience of working as a therapy clinical support worker is preferable and experience of working within a hospital or community health environment is essential. This post does require regular weekend working which will be either at Wycombe Hospital or Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

Regular training and supervision is provided to promote personal and career development.
