BMI Healthcare’s Clementine Churchill Hospital in London has a vacancy for a Physiotherapy Lead to join their team of staff within the Physiotherapy Department.

This post is for 375 hours per week

It is essential that applicants have the following:

  • BSC physiotherapy ,
  • Good post graduate experience.
  • Requires to be HCPC and CSP member.
  • Experience of leadership is beneficial.


  • Experience and knowledge of working with ITU or respiratory patients.
  • Experience of knowledge of Aquatic therapy, Acupuncture and Pilates.

Duties of this role include:

  • Maintain professional standards in accordance with the CSP Code of Professional Conduct and Standards of Practice
  • Ensure compliance with standards in respect of all legislative requirements (including but not limited to CQC, SHE, DSE, Fire, COSHH, BLS, Manual Handling, Safeguarding Children, Information Security, and Infection Control)
  • Manage complaints and take corrective actions as appropriate
  • Ensure the correct billing of patients
  • Assist in the preparation of departmental reports required for the budgeting process
  • Identify commercial opportunities to improve the profitability of the department
  • Manage an effective staff resource plan to provide cost effective labour, covering staff skills ratios, use of Bank and agency staff, and external recruitment
