Hays is pleased to be working with a national healthcare provider, who have recently taken on a contract with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to provide disability assessments to claimants of Personal Independence Payments (PIP). To help them deliver this contract, my client are looking for experienced and communicative RMNs, RGNs, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to join them on a permanent basis as PIP Assessors. They currently have vacancies in Eastbourne, Sussex.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your clinical experience in a new setting. Taking an empathetic and communicative approach, you will be conducting thorough, face to face assessments that will enable you to provide the DWP with a detailed and comprehensive report. You will have the opportunity to undergo extensive training, with support to move into managerial and training roles further down the line.

You will me a qualified Mental Health Nurse, General Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Paramedic, with 2 years' post- registration experience, a relevant registration (HCPC/ NMC) and a broad- based level of clinical knowledge.
