Craegmoor are embarking on a comprehensive and aspirational system wide PBS development programme. Our strategic, multi-component approach has been revised to ensure adherence with:

  • The key components of PBS (Gore et al, 2013)
  • The PBS competence framework (PBS coalition, 2015)
  • Positive and Proactive care: Reducing the need for restrictive interventions (DoH, 2014)
  • Challenging behaviour and learning disabilities: prevention and interventions for people with learning disabilities whose behaviour challenges (NICE, 2015)

This role will cover Hampshire
