We are seeking a capable and dynamic Nurse Educator and Practice Development Lead to join our client's busy Operating Theatres team at their hospital site based in Central London (Travelcard Zone 1).
This is a full-time role; we would be interested in hearing from practitioners seeking to negotiate a part-time opportunity, but rigid rostering cannot be accommodated.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies for induction, education and continued professional development, promoting evidence-based practice, working to promote team cohesion, and helping to prepare patients for clinical and operative procedures.
Registered Nuse with full valid NMC registration.
A minimum of five years' experience in an Operating Theatres setting, with at least two years as a Senior or Lead Practitioner.
Experience in practice development is essential.
To have completed a recognised Teaching and Assessing/Mentorship qualification.
Understanding of NVQ and Diploma Award Systems.
A capable team leader who can manage and motivate staff.
