We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our client's GP Surgery based in Reading, Berkshire which is the largest town in England and has the world's oldest popular music festival.
This is a part time role of 20 hours Monday to Friday, based on FTE salary of up to £32,000.
Our client is a major dynamic provider of UK independent healthcare rapidly expanding into innovative primary health care settings including Urgent Care and Open Access as well as traditional Health Centres across the UK. They are radically patient focussed, developing state-of-the-art services but also engaging with the training needs of primary care nurses, in particular regarding Nurse Prescribing qualifications where appropriate.
The successful candidate will deliver the full range of practice nursing services, working alongside GPs to meet medical needs and deliver outcomes within the NHS framework.
Registered Nurse with full NMC registration.
Minimum of one year's experience as a Practice Nurse.
Experience in managing diabetes is desirable.
